Job Description

Manage collections and recovery for the assigned Education Loan portfolio in Delhi NCR region.

Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly collection targets for early and late buckets (soft and hard collections).

Oversee field recovery executives and agencies, providing guidance and monitoring performance.

Conduct portfolio analysis to identify delinquency trends and take preventive actions.

Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for settlement, repossession (if applicable), and legal action on chronic defaulters.

Key Responsibilities:

Solid understanding of soft and hard collection processes, skip tracing, and field management.

Valuable knowledge of local market, geography, and legal processes related to loan recovery.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple agencies or field teams.
