The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting Gleuhr services to pharmacies, clinics, doctors, diagnostic centers, wellness centers, and other healthcare partners. The primary objective is to generate referral leads and strengthen Gleuhr’s partner network.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition
Visit pharmacies, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare establishments.
Introduce Gleuhr’s services and referral program.
Onboard new referral partners.
Maintain robust relationships with existing partners.
Lead Generation
Generate customer referrals through partner channels.
Ensure proper collection of customer information and referral details.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for lead follow-up.
Market Development
Conduct field visits within assigned territories.
Identify current partnership opportunities.
Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
Reporting
Maintain daily visit reports.
Update partner and lead information in CRM.
Submit weekly performance reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Partner Development
Minimum 20 partner visits per day.
Minimum 5–8 new referral partners onboarded per week.
Maintain relationships with active partners.
Lead Generation
Generate 100 qualified referral leads per month.
Ensure all referrals are properly documented and verified.
Reporting
Maintain accurate daily activity reports.
Update CRM records regularly.
Eligibility
Education
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Healthcare, Pharma, Life Sciences, or Business background preferred.
Experience
0–3 years of experience in Pharma Sales, Medical Representation, Healthcare Sales, or Field Sales.
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with healthcare partners.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Comfortable with field travel.
9:30 to 6:30 pm
Monday to saturday
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
