Job Description
Manage overall facility operations including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and utilities
Supervise housekeeping, security, and technical staff
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and repairs
Ensure compliance with safety, fire, hygiene and statutory regulations
Maintain records, reports, and inventory related to facilities and housekeeping.
Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and cost optimization
Maintain records of maintenance, AMC contracts, and inspections
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in facility management of commercial buildings
Solid knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, elevators , DG Sets plumbing and fire safety systems)
Knowledge of safety and statutory compliance .
