We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Governess to provide comprehensive educational and developmental support to children within a private household setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering intellectual growth, instilling solid moral values, and cultivating social graces. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalized educational curricula aligned with academic goals and the child's learning style.
Provide high-quality one-on-one instruction across various subjects, including but not limited to, mathematics, literature, history, and sciences.
Assist with homework, projects, and exam preparation, ensuring a deep understanding of concepts.
Foster intellectual curiosity and a love for learning through engaging activities and discussions.
Teach proper etiquette, social graces, and cultural awareness,



preparing children for diverse social settings.
Organize and supervise educational outings, cultural excursions, and extracurricular activities to broaden horizons.
Monitor and track the child's academic progress and developmental milestones, providing regular reports to parents.
Encourage good manners, discipline, and respect for others.
Maintain a secure, organized, and stimulating learning workplace within the home.
Collaborate with parents to ensure alignment of educational philosophies and developmental goals.
Manage educational resources, including books, learning materials, and technology.
Travel with the family as required, ensuring continuity of education and support during trips.
Provide mentorship and guidance, acting as a positive role model.
Handle minor first aid situations and ensure the child's well-being at all times.
