This role sits at the center of how Daxko's go-to-market engine runs. As Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, you own the quality, completeness, and activation-readiness of our customer and prospect data — the foundation everything else is built on. You'll design the architecture, lead a team of specialists, and make sure the data flowing into our campaigns, segments, and ABM programs is accurate, enriched, and ready to act on.
What you'll do
Own data enrichment end-to-end: tool selection, provider management, AI-assisted workflows, and the roadmap for maintaining best-in-class data completeness across the database
Engineer multi-source enrichment pipelines through Snowflake and Databricks into CDP activation layers,
translating pipeline goals into explicit data requirements and audience intelligence at scale
Design and enforce governance standards across field ownership, enrichment source hierarchy, freshness SLAs, and tagging conventions; maintain data dictionaries that serve as the team's source of truth
Own identity resolution logic, including merge rules, deduplication standards, and record governance, and define the field-level segmentation and trigger criteria that make HubSpot and CDP data immediately activation-ready
Lead structured experimentation across enrichment sources, segmentation logic, and trigger criteria to improve downstream conversion; evaluate and sunset tools that no longer serve the stack
Partner with demand gen, martech, and ops stakeholders to align data strategy with pipeline goals, ensuring the stack operates as a connected, high-performing system
