The role involves achieving sales targets, managing a team of Medical Representatives, building solid relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development
Achieve regional sales targets and growth objectives.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Identify current business opportunities and expand product penetration.
Team Management
Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise Medical Representatives.
Set individual sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews.
Motivate and guide the team to maximize productivity.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and distributors.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
Organize and participate in CME programs, product launches, and promotional activities.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to pharma marketing codes and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams.
Budget & Territory Management
Manage regional promotional budgets effectively.
Optimize territory coverage and distribution networks.

Qualifications & Skills:Education:
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Experience:
5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
Minimum 2–3 years in a team handling/managerial role.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strategic planning and analytical ability
Knowledge of pharma regulations and compliance
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
