Job Description:

Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive (Female)

Location: Ahmedabad
Gender Preference: Female
Experience: 3–6 Years.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance
Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, vouchers, and ledger maintenance.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting transactions.
GST & Compliance
Prepare and file GST returns accurately and within deadlines.
Reconcile GST data and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain GST records and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities when required.

Internal Sales Management
Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer requirements.
Track order status, payments, and dispatch-related documentation.




Generate sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.
Support management with sales and accounts-related MIS reports.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
Hands-on experience in GST Filing and Compliance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Robust analytical and reconciliation skills.
Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
Additional certifications in Accounting, Taxation, or GST will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
3–6 years of experience in Accounts, GST, and Sales Coordination.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience handling both accounting and internal sales support functions.
