Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Manage F&B; outlets and maintain high standards of service.
Implement strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
Lead and train hotel staff, fostering a cohesive team environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hotel industry, focusing on food and beverage.
Experience with specialty restaurants is preferred.
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
