Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing inside sales team.
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
Set explicit sales targets, monitor individual and team progress, and provide regular performance feedback.
Foster a cooperative and motivated sales team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.
Sales Operations and Execution:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the inside sales team, ensuring productive and effective sales processes.
Collaborate with other departments,
