What you'll do

Create high-quality motion graphics for short-form & long-form content
Turn scripts into engaging, retention-first videos
Design clean, modern, high-impact visual systems
Work closely with editors & writers to bring ideas to life

What We're Looking For

2–3 years of qualified experience in event editing, aftermovies, montages, or recap videos.




Strong storytelling ability with an excellent sense of rhythm, pacing, and music.
Ability to create cinematic, energetic, and emotionally engaging edits.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory).
Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus.
Experience working with fast-paced, real-world footage captured in live environments.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines without compromising quality.
A portfolio showcasing event films, aftermovies, highlight edits, or social-first video content.

Bonus Points

Experience creating content for brands or digital-first campaigns.
Understanding of motion graphics and animation.
Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and workflows.
Knowledge of color grading and sound mixing.
