We have an opening for the MEP Design Engineer for a reputed company in the Real Estate Developer Industry for Pune Location.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for current buildings.
Reviewing and analyzing the specifications and designs of a building’s MEP systems
Collaborating with architects and other engineers to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design
Ensuring the designed systems meet all safety and performance requirements
Using CAD or other design software to create detailed MEP system plans and diagrams
Performing system calculations and preparing specifications, reports, and other documentation
Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise with the MEP systems during design of the building.
Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in MEP engineering to continuously improve system efficiency and sustainability
Knowledge of NBC requirements for building services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Air and Water Consent to Operate (CTO)
