Job Role:
Experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role.
Knowledge of Active Directory and data backup/recovery.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug the windows issue.
Troubleshoot and fix system error logs and user-reported errors.
Troubleshoot and work with hardware vendors to replace, install or upgrade required hardware.
Provide technical support to application teams.
Requirements:
Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support role.
Experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role.
