Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition

Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle for a wide range of Tech/Non Tech(Ops /Delivery) /Support positions roles of varying levels.
Operate as a partner and strategic advisor to hiring managers and candidates.
Additionally, will be working on hiring in Operation, Customer support etc.
Provide a seamless and transparent recruiting experience for all parties.
Find talent using tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, Referrals etc.
Candidate Engagement and Management.
Act as a representative and champion of the Alight brand
Support in MIS and routine process related activities
We’re Looking for People Who Have
Minimum 5+ years of recruiting experience in Tech/Non- tech/Support Hiring. Graduate preferably MBA.
Proven ability to efficiently fulfill both high volume and leadership roles for Tech/Non- tech/Support roles.
