We're hiring for one of our clients and looking for a Business Development professional with experience in Corporate Interior Fit-Outs and Design-Build projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid industry network and the ability to generate new business opportunities while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate current business opportunities for corporate interior fit-out projects.
Develop leads through architects, PMC firms, corporates, consultants, and channel partners.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team for proposals.
Prepare presentations, commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts.




Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and manage the sales pipeline using CRM.
Requirements:
3 - 6 years of experience in Business Development within the Corporate Interior Fit-Out industry.
Robust network in the commercial real estate, corporate, or interior fit-out sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
