Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Proven sales skills with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
Knowledge of insurance products and the retail insurance market.
Analytical skills to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
