Candidates should be Specialist in macOS, Integrating Macs and Active Directory, Munki, Jamf, Jamf Protect,Zendesk.
Hands on experience in Managing and supporting Mac Workplace.
Working Apple Support and Product Owners to find the RCA of Issues.
Conduct meetings with the Support team to provide the updates on changes being
deployed in the prod setting and discuss open issues and problem tickets.
Creating KB articles and sharing with the support team
Draft the communications to be sent to End Users on any changes or ongoing issues.
Help peers by testing the deployments thoroughly before moving it to Prod.
Should have exp in security tools , experience in scripting, etc.
