Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and contemporary AI engineering practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building intelligent assistants, AI copilots, RAG solutions, and enterprise-grade GenAI applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Llama, or Gemini.
Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and enterprise data sources.
Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
Create REST APIs and integrate AI services with enterprise applications.
Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLM performance, latency, and cost.




Implement prompt engineering, AI safety, guardrails, and monitoring practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and deliver scalable solutions.
Deploy AI applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP settings.

Required Skills
Robust programming experience in Python
Hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen
Knowledge of Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, Azure AI Search)
API development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI
Understanding of AI evaluation, observability, and model governance
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud-native development
