About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership Founder's Office Associate who can work closely with the Founder across multiple businesses and recent initiatives.

This role combines strategy, research, and hands-on execution. You will help evaluate opportunities, drive key projects, and ensure that the Founder's priorities are converted into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Convert the Founder's vision and priorities into structured action plans.
Research, evaluate, and execute current business ideas and strategic initiatives.
Drive cross-functional projects across different business functions.
Coordinate with team leaders, track progress, and remove execution bottlenecks.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessments.
Prepare business plans, presentations, dashboards, and performance reviews.
Build processes, systems, and accountability frameworks.
Support partnerships, special projects, and high-priority assignments.
Handle confidential information with complete discretion and professionalism.

What We Are Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, startups, project management, or Founder's Office roles.
Strong generalist mindset with the ability to handle research,



planning, and execution.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
High ownership, proactive approach, and ability to work independently.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and business dashboards.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to work on-site from Malkapur.
