Job Description:

Srithai Superware Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations, manage order processing, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage sales orders in ERP system
Coordinate with production and dispatch for timely order execution
Communicate with distributors and customers for order updates
Maintain sales MIS, reports, and daily tracking
Handle invoicing coordination and payment follow-ups
Ensure proper dispatch documentation (Invoice, E-way bill, LR copy)




Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
Support sales team with data, reports, and coordination

Required Skills:
Robust communication and coordination skills
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel & ERP systems
Understanding of dispatch/logistics process
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Customer handling and problem-solving skills

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Marketing
2–5 years of experience in manufacturing / FMCG industry preferred
Experience in handling distributor/dealer network will be an advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in melamine / plastic / kitchenware industry
Familiarity with B2B sales coordination
Candidate from Ahmedabad or nearby locations preferred
