Job Description:
Support the maintenance manager in overseeing all maintenance activities related to pilger machines used in seamless tubes and pipes production.
Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and uptime of pilger machines.
Coordinate with maintenance technicians to prioritize and schedule repair and maintenance tasks, minimizing downtime and production interruptions.
Conduct regular inspections of pilger machines to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory to support effective operations and decision-making.
