Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales & Marketing Manager (Fresher) with an MBA degree and 0–6 months of experience. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build a robust career in sales, marketing, and business development. You will gain hands-on experience in client acquisition, brand promotion, and strategic marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
Identify and generate new business prospects and leads
Support client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Help in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns
Maintain relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Track sales performance and prepare reports
Requirements:
MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related specialization
0–6 months of experience (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good understanding of marketing fundamentals
Confident, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
