We are looking for a results-driven e-commerce manager who can take full ownership of our Shopify store and scale it aggressively.
This is a growth-focused role — not just operations. You’ll be responsible for turning traffic into revenue.
Key Responsibilities Store Management & Optimization
Manage and optimize the Shopify store end-to-end
Create high-converting product listings (copy + images + SEO)
Continuously improve product pages for better conversions
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Optimize UI/UX for higher sales
Improve landing pages, product pages, and checkout flow
Implement A/B testing strategies to boost conversion rates
Creative & Content Execution
Create product videos, banners, infographics, and creatives
Ensure premium brand positioning across all visuals
Work on storytelling that appeals to Gen Z buyers
Offers, Campaigns & Growth
Plan and execute discounts, offers & festival campaigns
Create and manage coupon strategies to maximize sales
Identify trends and implement growth hacks
Order & Operations Management
Handle day-to-day order processing via Shiprocket
Manage shipping,
tracking, and coordination with courier partners
Ensure smooth checkout-to-delivery experience
Returns & RTO Optimization
Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges
Reduce RTO (Return to Origin) via verification & NDR follow-ups
Improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
SEO & Visibility
Optimize product listings for search engines & AI-based search
Implement structured content (FAQs, Q&A; formats)
Improve organic visibility and discoverability
Requirements
Proven experience managing Shopify stores
Robust understanding of:
CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
UI/UX principles
E-commerce growth strategies
Hands-on experience in:
Content creation (images, videos, creatives)
Product listing optimization
Familiarity with tools like Shiprocket or similar OMSs
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
Experience in D2C fashion or footwear brands
Understanding of customer psychology & buying behavior
