About Us

AU FOUR is a premium café and artisanal bakery with five locations across Tricity. We are committed to serving high-quality coffee, handcrafted bakery products, and providing excellent customer experiences.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas to join our team. Candidates with barista experience are preferred, but freshers with a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages, and specialty drinks according to AU FOUR standards.

Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other café equipment.

Maintain consistent beverage quality and presentation.

Keep the coffee counter and work area clean and hygienic.

Assist customers with orders and beverage customization.

Coordinate with kitchen and service staff.

Follow opening and closing procedures.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.

Assist with billing, cash handling, and POS operations when required.

Requirements





Freshers may apply.

Candidates with at least 1 year of barista or café experience will be preferred.

Basic communication and customer service skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Punctual, responsible, and team-oriented.

Comfortable working rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Candidates from Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Recent Chandigarh, or nearby areas will be preferred.
