Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for an E-commerce Manager based in Nagercoil. The E-commerce Manager will oversee and manage online store operations, analyze sales data, and develop marketing campaigns to boost online visibility and sales. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience, communicating with customers, optimizing product listings,



and coordinating with the sales team to align e-commerce strategies with our company goals. Regular reporting on performance metrics and contributing to improvements in digital marketing strategies are also part of the role.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in E-commerce and Marketing strategies
Excellent Communication and Sales skills to effectively engage with customers and the team
Proficient Analytical Skills to analyze data and optimize the online store for improved performance
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to identify growth opportunities within the e-commerce space
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is highly desirable

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
