Job Description:
He should be Graduate , Mechanical engineer.
Having 10 to 15 years of shop floor experience including machine Assembly / Fabrication & Contemporary Machine shop .
Familiar with ERP system
Would be responsible of all activities of separate unit.
Would be mature candidate around 40 years to lead production team.

To provide support and service to the manufacturing operation. Source and implement continuous improvement programs. Assist the Department Manager in moving the business forward. Writing of CNC programs that are compatible to the machine systems, using experience of tooling requirements and modern machine techniques.

• Compile production sheets prior to the machining stage and plan production schedules in accordance with best practice, efficiency and utilisation of machinery. • Analyse and record data for monthly reporting to senior management. • Investigate new up-to-date techniques and technologies which would enable the department to run more cost effectively, enable growth and reduce manned hours. • Ensure that Engineering tooling and consumables are available to support existing and new products. • Assist and help solve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process. • Provide support during the process of implementing recent plant machinery
