We are having an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Leader(RT) for a reputed FMCG company at the Assam (Guwahati) location.
Job responsibilities:
Achieve the given sales target as per respective routes.
Supervision stock and cold room operations.
Educate & Motivate sales team with briefing periodically.
Support team in marketing & Sales activities.
Maintain & Record periodically sampling & marketing activities.
Control outstanding following company guidelines & Protocols.
Sharing the report to the senior or Head Office as per requirements.
Develop & penetrate recent market.
Ensure the record & maintenance of the company Asset.
Development of Market.
Management of Route sales.
Negotiation with Retailers
Communicating well with all staff.
Helping the special tasks if any.
Special Skills, Mental or Personality Requirements:
Positive Communicator, comfortable to work in teams, punctual, polite to others, responsible, sincerity to the job, positive and creative thinker.
PC skill like MS Excel & Power point.
Local candidate.
Languages known: English, Hindi and Local language.
Male candidate with pleasant personality, positive communication skills, basic computer knowledge and must have two-wheeler driving license (four-wheeler license is favorable).
