Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of HR Recruiter for a reputed Company in Manufacturing industry at the Mumbai (Vile Parle) Locations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a agile and motivated HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates; arranging interviews; negotiating salary package to onboarding recent hires. This role is crucial in ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job portals, and other relevant channels.
Conduct preliminary screening to filter candidates within schedule.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, as well as communicate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and necessary training.




Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system.
Promote company’s reputation as a “best place to work”.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar industry.
