Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Transport Incharge to oversee the daily transportation operations of our company. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient vehicle utilization, timely dispatches, driver management, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily transportation activities.
- Schedule vehicles and drivers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Supervise drivers and transport staff, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, insurance, permits, and fitness certificates.
- Maintain records of vehicle movement, fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance.
- Optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
- Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company safety standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Handle transport-related issues, breakdowns, and emergency situations promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
- 6 months-1 year of experience in transport or fleet management.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, routing, and logistics operations.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and transport management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

- Work timings : 09:00 AM - 09:00 PM
- Monday - Saturday work
- Salary : 17500-20000 + Additional Incentives
