Role Overview:

As the Senior UI Lead, you will own the front-end architecture and development strategy for
our Zero-Code PaaS platform. You’ll lead a team of UI engineers, mentor junior developers,
and work hands-on to build complex, high-performing interfaces using Angular and contemporary
UI frameworks. This role demands deep technical expertise, leadership, and a passion for
delivering seamless user experiences across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

- Lead UI architecture and development for the Zero-Code PaaS platform
- Build and optimize complex, high-performance UIs for web, mobile, and device interfaces
- Work hands-on with Angular and other modern UI frameworks and testing tools
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and Backend teams to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions
- Mentor and guide junior engineers; conduct code reviews and promote best practices
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and accessibility compliance
- Drive performance optimization, modular design,



and reusable component libraries
- Stay current with UI trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the stack
- Go beyond Web and Mobile and build UI for small screens, augmented reality

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in UI development, with at least 5 years in a lead role
- Proven expertise in Angular (latest versions) and hands-on experience with UI testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, Cypress)
- Strong portfolio of complex, high-performing UI projects across multiple channels
- Experience building platforms or reusable UI frameworks for enterprise applications
- Deep understanding of responsive design, performance tuning, and accessibility standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)

Good to have:

- Experience with mobile-first design and hybrid frameworks (e.g., Ionic, Flutter)
- Exposure to no-code/low-code platforms and dynamic UI rendering
- Knowledge of design systems and component-driven development (e.g., Storybook)
