As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Monitor application performance and proactively address potential issues to maintain system reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Go Programming Language.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot, Angular.
- Solid knowledge of application configuration and release management processes.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues efficiently.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Go Programming Language.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
