Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor – Signal & Telecommunication (S&T;) for Railway Infrastructure Projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and quality control activities related to railway signaling and telecommunication systems. The role requires coordination with project teams, contractors, and railway authorities to ensure timely and safe project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise installation and commissioning of Railway S&T; systems.
- Monitor execution of signaling works including IPS, EI, RRI, Panel Interlocking, Track Circuits, Axle Counters, Point Machines, and related equipment.
- Supervise telecom works including OFC laying, networking, IP-MPLS systems, GSM-R/LTE, PA systems, CCTV, Video Surveillance Systems, and Passenger Information Systems.
- Ensure compliance with Railway standards, specifications, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors,



vendors, consultants, and client representatives.
- Review drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, and work schedules.
- Monitor daily site activities and maintain progress reports.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of S&T; installations.
- Verify material usage, installation quality, and project documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of work as per project milestones.
- Support preparation of measurement sheets, billing documents, and site records.
- Attend project review meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Railway Signaling & Telecommunication Systems.
- Experience in EPC Railway, Metro Rail, or Indian Railways projects.
- Understanding of OFC, IP-MPLS, Networking, CCTV, PA System, and Telecom Infrastructure.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Valuable communication, reporting, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
