Job Overview

IOTA Academy is looking for a proactive and organized Placement Coordinator to manage student placement activities and coordinate with hiring companies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a passion for helping students build successful careers.

This role involves coordinating interviews, maintaining placement records, supporting employer engagement, and ensuring students are well-prepared for placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between students and hiring companies.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with recruiters and corporate partners.
- Assist students with resume reviews, profile enhancement, interview preparation, and mock interviews.
- Maintain daily placement trackers, interview schedules, and placement reports.
- Communicate regularly with students regarding job openings, interview updates, and placement activities.
- Coordinate employer outreach and follow-ups in collaboration with the Corporate Relations team.
- Ensure students are interview-ready and aligned with job requirements.
- Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets, MS Excel, and other reporting tools.
- Support campus drives, hiring events, and placement-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/HR or related qualification is an added advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in interacting with students, recruiters, and corporate representatives.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in placements, recruitment, HR, customer relations, or the education industry is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with strong communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Incentives

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and interview performance)
- Performance-based incentives
