Experience Required: 10+ Years

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end backend development using Golang.

- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, QA) to deliver robust solutions.

- Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high code quality.

- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers.

- Own technical decisions and drive continuous improvement.

- Manage sprint planning, estimations, and delivery timelines.

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes.

- Stay updated with the latest Go ecosystem trends and tools.

- 5+ years of backend development experience, with 3+ years in Golang.

- Solid understanding of concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization in Go.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Proven leadership experience in agile environments.
