Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Team Lead to guide our sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, team management, and a results-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the customer base
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for packaging products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Train, guide, and support team members to improve their sales skills and productivity
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present performance updates to management
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly




- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and industry trends

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; CRM experience is a plus
- Two-wheeler with valid license preferred (for client visits)
- Candidates from the packaging/manufacturing industry will be given preference

Salary
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on relevant experience and interview performance
