We're looking for a Front Desk Executive & Telecaller for our Fatehabad office. No prior visa industry experience required — we'll train you. What we need is the right attitude and consistent work ethic.

What You'll Do

- Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries; convert them into counselling appointments
- Make outbound follow-up calls to leads from ads, social media, and referrals
- Greet walk-in clients, manage appointments, and maintain daily visitor records
- Track client documents and coordinate with counsellors for timely updates
- Maintain a clean call log with follow-up dates and outcomes
