Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Telugu, possess strong convincing abilities, and be capable of delivering engaging product or service demonstrations to clients. This role requires someone who can build strong customer relationships while representing the company in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with prospective and existing clients professionally.
- Conduct product and service demonstrations for clients.
- Explain product and service features clearly and effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with leads and assist in converting them into customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements





- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Strong presentation and convincing skills.
- Ability to conduct professional client demonstrations.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Prior experience in customer relations, sales, or client handling is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

- Candidates from Hyderabad and Telangana are preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
