- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales within the Gurugram real estate market.
- Prior experience in commercial real estate is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of the residential market will be an added advantage.
- Solid communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with Gurugram micro-markets such as Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road, SPR, Sohna Road, MG Road, Udyog Vihar, Cyber City, and NH-8.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
