About Us

Nirwana Group is a leading real estate developer with a strong presence in residential and commercial developments. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our projects team and support plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair across our ongoing and upcoming residential & commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair water supply, drainage, sewerage, and plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret plumbing drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Install and maintain pipelines, sanitary fixtures, faucets, water tanks, pumps, valves, and drainage systems.
- Perform pressure testing, leak detection, and plumbing inspections.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and carry out timely repairs.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, HVAC, and project teams during construction and fit-out activities.
- Ensure all plumbing work complies with safety standards, project specifications, and applicable building codes.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and records of completed work.
- Report material requirements and ensure efficient utilization of plumbing materials.

Requirements

- ITI in Plumbing or equivalent technical qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
- Robust knowledge of plumbing systems, drainage,



sanitary fittings, water supply networks, and piping materials.
- Ability to read plumbing drawings and execute work independently.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction site safety practices.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
