A Retail store site assistant is responsible for overseeing and managing construction sites and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Job responsibilities typically include supervising construction workers, coordinating and scheduling activities, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, resolving issues and conflicts, and communicating with project manager.
- 10th/12th/ Diploma
- 1- 3 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably in commercial, retail, or residential sectors.
- Experience working on multi-location projects across different states is highly desirable.
