We are looking for a Highly Skilled, Creative and 1+ Yrs Experienced Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and maximizing ROI. Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Analytical Tools is essential for this role. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working in the USA and Indian Market.

Paid Media & Performance Reporting

- Support paid campaign setup and trafficking in Meta Ads Manager, ensuring assets, copy,



and tracking links are accurate before launch.
- Track campaign performance across paid social, email, and site — pulling data from GA4, Klaviyo, and Shopify into reporting templates.
- Assemble weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and flags for senior strategists to action.
- Assist with budget pacing checks and campaign QA to ensure spend and delivery stay on track.

Campaign Coordination & Operations

- Help plan and coordinate digital campaigns across email, social, and site — ensuring assets and timelines stay on track.
- Maintain operational efficiency by keeping all initiatives tracked and up to date in Asana with clear timelines and ownership.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies on creative asset delivery and go-live logistics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field

● Basic understanding of Google Ads and/or Meta Ads (certifications or coursework/internship exposure is a plus)

● Basic awareness of influencer marketing concepts and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

● Good communication skills, both written and verbal

● Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets for basic data tracking

● Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced setting

● Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur

Good to Have

● Internship or academic project experience in digital marketing, social media, or advertising

● Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification

● Personal experience running social media pages or content creation
