- Relationship Management: Build strong ties with bank branch managers, tellers, and staff to secure support and cooperation.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Drive monthly and yearly revenue goals by pitching life, health, or general insurance to bank walk-ins and database leads.
- Staff Training & Support: Educate bank employees on insurance products, compliance rules, and basic closing techniques.
- Customer Consultation: Meet clients, assess their financial needs, and recommend matching protection or investment plans.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of sales in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance).
- Soft Skills: Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Product Knowledge: Understanding of insurance policies, regulatory guidelines, and basic banking operations
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
