- Location: Royapettah, Chennai
- Experience: 1–4 Years
- Qualification & Certification: UG & NISM certification preferred, or willingness to complete the certification after joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Revenue Generation: Meet/exceed sales targets for financial products. Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Recommend suitable products based on client needs.
- New Client Acquisition: Generate leads via prospecting, networking, events. Conduct a minimum of two direct client meetings per week. Ensure smooth onboarding and account activation.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust-based long-term client relationships. Conduct daily quality advisory video calls. Follow up consistently with prospects and active clients.
- Lead Generation: Direct prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and digital presentations.
- Technical Support: Assist clients with onboarding, KYC, trading, or platform issues. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges.




- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain records of product execution, leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Prepare performance reports to identify opportunities.
- System Proficiency: RM, Tech Excel, DP Backend, trading terminals, and internal tools.
- Skill Development: Enhance product knowledge, market understanding, communication, and public speaking skills. Present to large audiences through seminars, events, and Google Meet sessions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Bond, KYC, and Operations teams to ensure seamless client service.
- Adaptability & Execution: Execute management strategies effectively. Quickly adapt to new products, policies, and organizational goals.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
