Knowledgeable in implementing threat prevention (WildFire, Antivirus, Anti-Spyware), configuring HA pairs, and troubleshooting critical security policy issues across Panorama.

Advanced Cisco RandS Infrastructure Design and Optimization

Acts as the primary technical contact during major incidents and escalations, ensuring timely communication, effective resolution, and comprehensive post-incident analysis. Promotes a team-oriented and positive team culture by proactively resolving conflicts and strengthening cohesive relationships across delivery teams.
