Job Summary
The Field sales Executive executive will require to promote the current range of FMCG products (dairy) within the markets in Goa.
This role requires a planner and a go-getter with a "can-do" attitude to help the business grow in the current market.

He will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders, driving product visibility, and ensuring the availability of FRUGURT in the market.

Responsibilities and Duties
The responsibilities and duties of the Field sales and merchandizing executive are:

- Achieve or exceed sales targets by effectively selling our range of dairy products.
- Expand the distribution network by identifying and onboarding new retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize stock outs.




- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales in retail outlets.
- Connect with institutions for Business development .
- Create marketing and sales plans that promote sales plans throughout the year.
- Key Skills
- 1. Computer skills 2. Good with calculations 3. Presentation skills 4. Should have a 2 wheeler 5. Should be willing to go out into the market 6. Knowledge of English, Hindi and Konkani
- Required Experience and Qualifications

1-2 years work experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
