Are you an experienced sales professional with strong leadership skills? We're looking for a Team Leader to manage, coach, and drive the performance of our Student Counselors while achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Student Counselors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs such as calls, counseling sessions, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.
- Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and motivational sessions.
- Coach counselors through live call monitoring, feedback sessions, and objection-handling training.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads and proper CRM updates.
- Track individual counselor productivity and implement action plans to improve performance.
- Support the team in closing high-value admissions and resolving customer objections.
- Coordinate with Training, Academics, and Operations to ensure smooth student onboarding.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports and share business insights with management.
- Drive a high-performance, target-oriented, and positive team culture.

Eligibility





- 1–5 years of experience in Team Handling, Inside Sales, Telesales, Academic Counseling, or Business Development.
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a sales team is preferred.
- Robust leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and performance tracking tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
