About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Okta Engineer to design, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions, ensuring the security and integrity of their systems and data. Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Okta-based identity and access management solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Okta with existing systems and applications
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Okta-related projects and processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Okta and IAM
- Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline Okta-related tasks and processes
- Participate in the development of security and compliance policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Okta features and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve existing solutions
Requirements
- Have 6-9 years of experience in Okta engineering and identity and access management (IAM)
- Possess strong knowledge of Okta products and services, including Okta Identity Cloud and Okta Workforce Identity
- Apply experience with IAM principles, including authentication, authorization, and auditing
- Utilize solid problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
