Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content calendars, engaging with audiences, and optimizing performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective social media strategies for clients.

- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.

- Create and curate engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing data-driven insights.

- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community engagement.

- Stay updated with industry trends,



algorithm changes, and emerging social media tools.

- Collaborate with the content, design, and advertising teams to enhance brand presence.

Requirements

- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

- Excellent content writing, visual storytelling, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and analytics platforms.

- Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus.

- Creative thinker with the ability to execute data-driven strategies.
