Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Operations Manager to lead and streamline our day-to-day operations. This role requires someone who can build systems, manage teams, and ensure seamless delivery of our health and wellness services.

You will play a key role in scaling Haalving while maintaining quality, consistency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations across all Haalving programs (fitness, nutrition, wellness)
- Build and optimize operational systems and workflows
- Manage and coordinate with trainers, nutritionists, and support teams
- Ensure smooth onboarding and experience for clients
- Monitor performance metrics and improve efficiency
- Handle vendor coordination and partnerships
- Maintain service quality and resolve operational challenges




- Work closely with the founder to execute growth strategies

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations / management (health, fitness, or startup experience is a plus)
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
