Required Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) or MA in HRM.
- 2–4 years of experience in General HR Operations.
- Experience handling recruitment and HR administrative functions.
- Good knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
