Job Requirements

Perform laser welding, laser cutting and laser marking operations.

Prepare coupons and samples for testing and process validation.

Conduct mechanical testing and metallurgical evaluations, including macro imaging and polishing.

Perform cell, module, and pack-level current, voltage, and internal resistance (IR) testing.

Evaluate bare and processed components for mechanical and electrical performance.

Support busbar material evaluation and material selection for various battery applications.

Analyse test results and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Prepare technical reports and present findings to cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality and R&D; teams.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality and laboratory standards.

Work Experience





Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Materials, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering.

3–6 years of hands-on experience in laser welding, laser cutting and laser marking.

Experience in sample preparation, mechanical testing and metallurgical analysis.

Hands-on experience with current, voltage, and IR testing at cell/pack level.

Robust reporting, presentation and communication skills.

Technical expertise in laser processing and battery testing.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
